The position was superb. Our room got upgraded because I am a discoverist tier. I lived in a spacious king executive room that had a big bathtub, a smart TV, and a strong, cozy bed. The internet speed was fantastic. Parking in front of the hotel and having a valet to take the car is an option. The hotel offers a scenic view as it is situated within the city. Unfortunately, there is no rooftop bar and the restaurant's bar closes early at 23:00. The breakfast is abundant and delightful. All the staff members are friendly and supportive. In summary, I would give it a 5-star rating. It offers the best value for the price and perfectly meets expectations.

Beautiful hotel BUT unfortunately the staff in receptionist ( day) were wayyy to unfriendly and unprofessional. Short yang man and girl with red hair behaved so rude when we asked for help. Like they were so annoyed because we ask for help. We booked a non smoking room and our room smelled smoke huge. They acted way to unfriendly when we asked for change of room . they said that hotel is fully booked They can’t change our room and we have to stay in room which stinks. Which was a big lie because when we Che online there was plenty available rooms online. Other staff were friendly and nice breakfast but never come back or recommend to anyone.

Our stay was exceptional. Though we've been to numerous Hyatt hotels, this one surpassed them all. Not only was it the cleanest hotel we’ve ever experienced, but its location near everything, a metro station and mall was unbeatable.

A comfortable and clean hotel in a lively area. A short walking distance from a metro station, restaurants, cafés and a couple of shopping malls. Restaurant and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby area is quite limited but cozy. Loved the fishes! Hotel amenities are amazing.

Bad spa, is not like other five stars spa where the guests can do naked massage. Do massage in the naked is usual and no problem.
